Teething Woes

So Bradley has been teething for two months now and last week his two bottom teeth finally came in. But look at his top gums. They look like they are going to explode and poor little Brad just has to wait for them to break through. On top of that he got shots on Monday and he has a cold. Life is rough at 6 months. He has been such a trooper though and thankfully is still smiley most of the time.

Kids Pics
Well, last week I finally went out and took some pictures of the kids. I have to say that I was really happy with how they turned out. It is always a gamble with kids, especially your own. The picture of Ellie at the end is now my all time favorite picture of her. Everything came together at just the right time and it turned out perfect!!

FIRST SNOW!!!!!!!!
This is one of the best days of the year; the first real snow! I love winter and snow so I am loving snow on November 5th!
The kids were overjoyed to say the least! I couldn't resist letting them go out to play before school. They had wet pants before they even left for the day. Oh well!

Ashton was a little timid about the snow at first, but it didn't take him long to warm up to it. He was so cute tromping around in his boots and coat.

Daisy LOVED the snow. She was jumping around and digging in it. She really liked it. She is 9 weeks old now and growing like a weed. She is going to be 60 pounds before I know it!

-9:30 be back at the school for the halloeen parade
-11:15 pick up Ellie
-12:00 pick up Burke
-1:00 go to the school for Braxton's party
-have a couple of hours of craziness at home
-4:30 Aunt Amy and family arrive
-5:00 root beer and pizza
-get everyone in their costumes
-6:00 trunk or treat
-7:00 trick or treating
-8:00 donuts and hot chocolate at home
-8:30 movie time
-10:30 bed
Needless to say I was exhausted on Saturday, but it was worth it. Halloween really is one of our favorite holiday's!!

Ashton's costume was so cute and he would not wear it. We got it on him long enough for a few pics.

Bradley was just plain unhappy. Everytime I Put this on him he cried so this is the best picture I got of him.

ANNUAL PARTY AT GRANDMA'S

My parents have a halloween party for the kids every year. The kids look forward to it as much as Christmas! As usual we had a great time and the kids had no complaints.

Fort he first time in my adult life I decided to dress up for Halloween. It was a lot of fun and I plan on doing it from here on out.

This is Josie and Mandi. Josie was darling!!

Ellie didn't put on her costume until after the big family picture. What can you do?

None of us could really take my dad seriously in this costume. What a crack up! It was a little difficult to focus on the FHE lesson when it is coming from a cow.

Of course we missed our beloved Molly and her family. We were one girl shy.

This is my favorite shot of the kids. These glasses were so funny!

Me and Mandi be wicked!

HARVEST TIME

I have been meaning to post this for a couple of weeks and I am just getting to it. These are the pumpkins we grew over the summer; 11 in all. The kids were so excited about them! This is really the only thing that grew well in our garden, but for sure the funnest!

Our Newest Addition

Meet Daisy! I guess I am a major sucker because they had these lab puppies in the parking lot of Wal Mart yesterday and I gave in and bought one. The kids have wanted a dog for so long and I was weak I guess. She is only five weeks old and so stinkin cute!!

This was Daisies first bath which she seemed to like. We will see if I am really a dog person over the next few weeks. She seems like a good puppy, but we will see. You may see her back on here in a few weeks for sale. J/K

Daisy is so black that you can barely see her eyes and nose. In almost all of the pictures I took you can hardly tell what is what. She sure is cute though.

Trip of a Lifetime!!

After Ryan's wedding we all went to Disneyland for two days together. We haven't all been together for 6 years and we were only missing two people. The kids had an absolute blast together! We all love Disneyland so it was the perfect place for a "reunion".

We bought all of the kids character shirts to wear while we were there. They all looked so cute! The anticipation the first morning was almost unbearable!

Ash, Burke and Brax waiting to leave.

Haley, Dalin, Landon, Brax, Logan and Burke. The Livingstons drove all the way down from Montana to come to all of the festivities.

Haley, Em and Lindsey.

Ellie & Paityn didn't go on Splash Mountain so they got to wait with Nana and see Tigger.

All of the grandkids, after we rode winnie the pooh.

Dalin, Burke and Brett on Thunder Mountain. Everyone loved this ride except for Logan and Ellie. Ellie cried the whole time in line, and through the whole ride, but she survived.

No matter how you slice it or dice it there is a lot of waiting at Disney. It was fun with all of the family though.

Paityn, Ellie and Ash on the corousel; Ashtons favortie ride.

Once again, more waiting, this time improved by eating churros.

Ryan, Briar and Leah.

Burke finally gave out at lunch. We definitley did a lot of walking and it caught up with him.

Bradley wasn't in a lot of pictures because he slept a lot which was a good thing. I had to get a picture with Mickey though.

We coldn't leave without a picture of Briar at the Briar Patch. What a cutie!!

We went to the beach the last day of our trip. Everyone had more than a blast!! I didn't get as many pictures as I wanted because Brad was being a pill, but this was my favorite on I took.

The sand says Ables 2008. How fun! I lvoe you all and am so thankful to be a part of your family!!
